Position: HR & Administration Officer
Responsibilities:
• Recruit store staff for retail vape shops in different cities
• Build and maintain employee talent pools
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, and attendance
• Coordinate basic training for new staff
• Maintain employee records
• Handle employee benefits administration (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
• Prepare and manage employment contracts and related labor documents
• Coordinate with external agencies on statutory contributions and compliance
Requirements:
• Filipino local
• Experience in retail / F&B / chain store recruitment is a plus
• Able to work independently
• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience required
