Job Description

  • Operate and monitor core business application servers, operating systems, and other application performance using monitoring tools.
  • Perform daily health checks on critical systems, batch processes, and scheduled jobs.
  • Escalate complex issues to System Administrators, DBAs, or Network Engineers.
  • Provide first-level support to end-users for system access and transaction errors.
  • Maintain operational logs and submit daily system health reports.
  • Ensure compliance with audit and security requirements in system operations.
  • Support end-users with system access, login, and performance-related problems.
  • Follow IT operational policies, security standards, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Systems, or related field.
  • Experience in IT operations, system support, or production operations.
  • Experience with Windows/Linux/Unix server environments.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Kaseya, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management) is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
