We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a telecommunications, ISP, or enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing system infrastructure, ensuring high availability, and supporting network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux systems, including installation, configuration, patching, and performance tuning.
  • Manage and maintain virtualization platforms, particularly Proxmox.
  • Ensure network reliability through a solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, and firewalls.
  • Support and maintain telecom infrastructure systems, including VoIP platforms.
  • Monitor system health using tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds.
  • Respond to outages and escalations with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with network engineers, NOC teams, and vendor support to resolve issues and implement improvements.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including hybrid cloud environments is an advantage.
  • Willing to be on-site at Ortigas and is open for a shifting schedule.
