We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant to join our team. The role requires deep expertise in payroll regulations and configuration, as well as integration with Finance systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both Payroll and Time Management, with strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently on multiple projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and practices, including Payroll and Time Management configuration.
  • Strong understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module and integration with Finance systems.
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • Payroll configuration (schema, PCR, Wage Type attributes, Payroll Posting, Pay Day reporting to IRD)
  • Time configuration (Schema, rules, time evaluation)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification.
  • Experience with other SuccessFactors modules, primarily Employee Central.

Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: Php60, Php85,000.00 per month
