Schedule: Monday–Friday, US Hours (graveyard shift)

Work Set-Up: Remote

Location: Makati, Valero

Reports to: Vice President, Account Management (U.S.-based)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Reporting & Insight Analyst to join our growing team. This newly created position is critical in supporting our growing Account Management and Operations teams by transforming raw healthcare operations data into actionable insights. Your work will help monitor client performance, track key metrics, and demonstrate the ROI of our services to stakeholders.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including U.S.-based executive leadership, using your analytical expertise to support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract and manipulate raw operational data from multiple internal systems and sources to support accurate and timely reporting.
  • Analyze key performance metrics such as turnaround time, error rates, volume trends, and service delivery benchmarks to identify both client-specific and organization-wide trends.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to prepare comprehensive reporting packages and executive-level performance summaries.
  • Align reporting outputs with service-level agreements (SLAs), client expectations, and contractual obligations by working closely with Operations teams.
  • Design clear and impactful data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to effectively communicate insights and trends to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Recommend and implement tools and techniques for improving data collection, reporting automation, and visualization processes.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of recurring reports and support the standardization of reporting templates and formats across departments.
  • Contribute to internal projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality, speed, and usefulness of reporting deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in a data analysis or reporting analyst role, ideally within healthcare operations or business process outsourcing (BPO).
  • Proven experience working with raw, unstructured datasets to derive actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Account Management, and Leadership teams.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to identify and suggest process improvements and tool enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting U.S. healthcare payers, providers, or working in a healthcare BPO setting.
  • Familiarity with performance reporting, KPIs, SLAs, or ROI tracking in a services context.
  • Exposure to SQL, data querying, or reporting automation platforms (a plus, but not required).
  • Experience in project coordination, report lifecycle management, or process ownership in reporting functions.

  • Amenable to work graveyard hours/night shift
  • Must reside within NCR or neighboring region for contingency
  • Willing to work in Makati (if needed)
  • Can start ASAP

**Work Arrangement: This position is currently offered on a REMOTE work basis after successful completion of training. However, please note that this is a performance-based role, and the company reserves the right to require employees to report onsite at any time based on business needs, performance evaluations, operational requirements. Flexibility to transition to an office-based setup when necessary is expected.
