We are seeking a data-driven
Reporting & Insight Analyst
to join our expanding team. This newly created role is pivotal in transforming raw healthcare operations data into actionable insights that support Account Management and Operations teams. The successful candidate will help monitor client performance, track key metrics, and demonstrate the ROI of our services to internal and external stakeholders.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with U.S.-based executive leadership and cross-functional teams, driving data-informed decision-making in a fast-paced healthcare environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Extract and manipulate raw operational data from multiple systems for timely and accurate reporting
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., turnaround time, error rates, volume trends) to identify trends and opportunities
  • Partner with Account Management to create executive-level reporting packages and performance summaries
  • Align reporting outputs with SLAs, client expectations, and contractual obligations
  • Design impactful data visualizations (charts, dashboards, graphs) for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Recommend and implement improvements in data collection, reporting automation, and visualization tools
  • Maintain a centralized repository of recurring reports and standardize reporting templates across departments
  • Contribute to internal initiatives that enhance reporting speed, quality, and usability

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years
    in a
    data analysis or reporting analyst role, ideally within healthcare operations or business process outsourcing (BPO).
  • Proven experience working with raw, unstructured datasets to derive actionable insights.
  • A
    dvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Account Management, and Leadership teams.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to identify and suggest process improvements and tool enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting U.S. healthcare payers, providers, or working in a healthcare BPO setting.
  • Familiarity with performance reporting, KPIs, SLAs, or ROI tracking in a services context.
  • Exposure to SQL, data querying, or reporting automation platforms (a plus, but not required).
  • Experience in project coordination, report lifecycle management, or process ownership in reporting functions.
