Job Title: Clinical Insights Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Insights Analyst to join our team in Manila. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of our clinical services.

  • Conduct thorough audits of prescribing practitioners and other care team members, utilizing data insights to assess consultations, documentation, and patient interactions against clinical standards.
  • Present your findings for review by the clinical team, contributing to the enhancement of our clinical services.
  • Communicate effectively with practitioners and patients, following established protocols from our Australian colleagues.
  • Assist the Clinical Operations team with general clinical tasks such as drafting patient education and information.
  • Collaborate remotely with our Australian colleagues and work as part of our larger global team.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for improving the quality and safety of our clinical services.
Requirements:
  • You are a licensed healthcare professional—a doctor, pharmacist, nurse, or dietitian—with at least 1 year of post-registration clinical experience.
  • You are comfortable using computers and digital tools, with experience with Mac systems and Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) being a plus.
  • You are detail-oriented and process-driven, able to follow structured workflows with accuracy and consistency.
  • You demonstrate strong time management skills and can efficiently prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience with clinical audits, quality improvement, or healthcare compliance is an added bonus—but not essential.
