JOB SUMMARY

The Accounting Supervisor directly supervises accounting processes and related functions.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

  1. Supervise implementation of plans, procedures, and policies on payment processing and financial reporting.
  2. Assist Finance Manager on projects aligned with the company's strategic direction.
  3. Supervise implementation of procedures, policies, and systems.
  4. Coordinate with other departments on interrelated processes, and conduct process reviews to strengthen interrelated processes.
  5. Supervise preparation and review of periodic reports as per set requirements and cut-off dates.
  6. Monitor subordinates' work performance, attendance, and discipline, and enforce company rules and regulations.
  7. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education:
Graduate of BS Accountancy

Experience:
At least two (2) years of experience in real estate industry at a supervisory level with focus on general accounting

Competencies:

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Highly knowledgeable in accounting-based system
  • Willing to be assigned in Lucena City, Quezon
