JOB SUMMARY

The Tax Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with the requirements of different government agencies.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

  • Check that proper tax is applied on every payment and remitted to BIR on time.
  • Ensure submission of the required documents to different government bodies.
  • Assist the Accounting Supervisor in preparing in-house financial statements and financial statements for external auditors.
  • Prepare and review periodic reports needed or required by other departments and/or top management.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned by superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Graduate of BS Accountancy

Experience: Three (3) years of experience with focus on general accounting, preferably in a real estate industry

Competencies:

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Keen attention to details and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
  • Willing to be assigned in Lucena City, Quezon
