Talent Acquisition Executive

Role Purpose:
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities to attract top talent and enhance the company's image as an employer of choice. Assist in social media management, event coordination, vendor support, and financial processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employer Branding Support
Assist in implementing employer branding campaigns.
Help create and distribute content to improve candidate experience.
Support activities that promote talent attraction.
- Partnerships & Alliances Support
Coordinate with vendors, universities, and training academies for branding activities.
Assist in organizing events and programs with partners.
Provide administrative support for partnership initiatives.
- Social Media & Digital Outreach
Monitor engagement and report performance metrics.
Support campaigns to increase followers and attract candidates.
- Employee Advocacy & Internal Branding
Assist in planning and executing internal engagement activities.
Support employee advocacy programs and events.
Help with logistics and communication for branding initiatives.
- Reporting & Analytics
Prepare basic reports on social media performance and branding activities.
Maintain records of campaigns and events.
Share data with the team for analysis.
- Financial Reporting & Invoice Management
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely submission.
Track budget utilization for branding activities.
Maintain accurate financial records for employer branding projects.
Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work with vendors and internal teams.
Familiarity with MS Excel or similar tools for reporting.
Attention to detail for invoice and financial tracking.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 1 to 2 years of work related experience - Hiring for US Healthcare Campaigns
- Above average communication skills in written and oral English
- Ability to multi-task
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient in using MS Office such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of basic HR Policies and Procedures
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule, mostly Mid-shift (1pm to 10pm)
