Job Objective

The HR Generalist will manage specialized HR functions—including
Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Recruitment, HRIS, Employee Relations, Engagement, and Compliance
—ensuring smooth processes, accurate data, and alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and government-mandated contributions.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and tardiness; prepare timekeeping and related reports.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies; handle employee relations and documentation.
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS operations, generate HR reports, and coordinate regulatory requirements (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Manage fleet, telecom records, billings, and supplier coordination.
  • Supervise HR assistants and recommend process improvements.
  • Organize safety drills, monitor compliance, and report incidents.
  • Handle HR/Admin-related procurement, billings, and disbursements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist or specialist role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law compliance, payroll systems, HRIS, and government reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Registered Psychometrician or HR/Training/Safety certifications are a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to work onsite in
    San Rafael, Bulacan (Greenhouse Farm)
    and occasionally in
    Makati (Rufino Ayala Avenue)
    if needed.
