Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience. No prior experience is required—training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain customer records and update information in the system.

Follow communication procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills
