We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Sutherland Clark. In this full-time role, you will be providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the online shopping and e-commerce industry. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department as needed
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think quickly and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
