Buod ng Trabaho

Ang Maintenance Personnel ay responsable sa pagsasagawa ng preventive at corrective maintenance ng mga electrical system, electronics, at air conditioning units upang matiyak ang ligtas, episyente, at maaasahang operasyon ng pasilidad ng kumpanya.

Pangunahing Tungkulin

  • Mag-install, magpanatili, at mag-ayos ng mga electrical system, electronic equipment, at air conditioning units.
  • Magsagawa ng regular na preventive maintenance at inspeksyon upang matiyak ang kahusayan at tibay ng mga kagamitan.
  • Mag-diagnose at mag-troubleshoot ng mga problema sa electrical, electronic, at aircon system at magsagawa ng kinakailangang pag-aayos.
  • Mag-monitor at magpanatili ng mga tala ng maintenance activities, repairs, at imbentaryo ng kagamitan.
  • Tiyakin ang pagsunod sa mga polisiya sa kaligtasan, kalusugan, at kapaligiran sa lahat ng maintenance activities.
  • Magbigay ng agarang tugon sa mga breakdown o emergency repairs upang mabawasan ang downtime.
  • Tumulong sa pagpaplano at pagpapatupad ng maintenance schedules.
  • Makipag-ugnayan sa mga external service providers kung kinakailangan.
  • Gumawa ng iba pang kaugnay na gawain na itatalaga ng supervisor.

Kwalipikasyon

  • High school graduate, vocational course, o college level sa Electrical, Electronics, o kaugnay na teknikal na larangan.
  • May hindi bababa sa 1–2 taon na karanasan sa maintenance, partikular sa electronics at air conditioning systems.
  • May kaalaman sa troubleshooting, pag-aayos, at pagpapanatili ng HVAC systems at mga pangunahing electrical/electronic equipment.
  • Marunong magbasa at umintindi ng technical manuals at diagrams.
  • Pisikal na malusog, maaasahan, at handang magtrabaho ng flexible na oras kabilang ang weekends at holidays kung kinakailangan.
  • May mataas na atensyon sa detalye at kayang magtrabaho nang mag-isa o may minimal na superbisyon.
