Responsibilities Ensure property compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and quick issue resolution. Manage contracts, vendors, and procurement to ensure quality and compliance. Maintain inventory, monitor supply levels, and prepare purchase requests. Coordinate with employees, visitors, and property management on facility matters. Ensure workplace safety, conduct audits, and manage risk prevention. Keep all permits, licenses, and ISO documents updated and compliant. Monitor reports and client deliverables for accuracy and timeliness. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance service quality. Recommend process improvements for more efficient facility management. Participate in company training, meetings, and development activities. Educational requirements Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/Admin/Property Management/Real Estate Desired Skills Communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and contractors. Identify and resolve facility issues efficiently. Apply technical knowledge of building systems and safety standards. Build strong relationships and provide good customer service. Manage time, schedules, and deadlines effectively. Handle budgets, expenses, and operational costs. Lead and coordinate facility teams and departments. Ensure safety compliance and manage risks or emergencies. Adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations. Qualifications At least 1 year of working experience in Facilities Management. Willing to work on site.
