The Technical and Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing all technical and engineering aspects of the company's internet and cable services. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, driving strategic projects, and ensuring seamless service delivery to customers. The ideal candidate will lead and support a technical team while working closely with senior management to achieve business goals, particularly in areas of service quality, network expansion, and technical innovation.

Qualifications:

 Graduate of Electronics and Communication Engineering or related.

 At least 5 years of working experience

 Good interpersonal skill, work ethics, hardworking, and team player

 Good decision making, analytical and problem-solving abilities

 Strong knowledge of the technology industry and technical aptitude

 Has experience in Fiber Optics installation

 Required Skill(s): Safety Driving with a valid Driver's License

General Duties/Key Responsibilities

 Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of internet and cable infrastructure,

including hardware, software, and networking systems.

 Supervise technical and engineering teams, ensuring all members meet key performance

indicators (KPIs) and job-specific objectives.

 Collaborate with HR to recruit highly qualified technical staff, ensuring the team meets the

growing demands of the company.

 Develop and implement strategies for the expansion of network coverage and service offerings,

ensuring alignment with the company's overall growth objectives.

 Compile and present technical performance data, infrastructure status, and project updates to

senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

 Present technical proposals, expansion plans, and budget forecasts to decision-makers, advocating

for necessary investments in technology and staffing.

 Communicate risks, issues, and potential technical improvements clearly and effectively

 Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
