We are supporting a well-established food manufacturing and export company known for producing high-quality products under a globally distributed brand. With over 40 years of combined leadership experience in food manufacturing, export sales, and marketing, the organization continues to supply Philippine food and non-food items to more than 30 countries. Their technical and quality teams ensure all products meet strict international standards. They are now seeking a Marketing Manager who can align marketing strategies with sales targets and strengthen the brand's market presence across digital, retail, and export channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG and export-oriented companies
  • Strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign analytics
  • Proven ability to align marketing programs with sales goals and revenue targets
  • Experience managing brand visibility across both local and international markets
  • Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that support sales forecasts and business growth
  • Lead digital marketing and social media campaigns, ensuring consistent brand representation
  • Coordinate with sales teams to create programs that drive product movement in domestic and export markets
  • Manage brand positioning, product messaging, and promotional initiatives across channels
  • Analyze campaign performance and market trends to guide strategic decisions
  • Oversee marketing calendars, budgets, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external partners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php75, Php85,000.00 per month
