Finance Manager (GA)

The Finance Manager oversees the Finance and Accounting operations, ensuring alignment with the organization's financial objectives and strategic goals. This role is responsible for managing profit and loss, budget control, financial risk, audit processes, and strategic financial planning. The Finance Manager acts as a key business partner to commercial teams, providing financial insights and simulations to support decision-making.

Primary duties:

  1. Accounting Operations
  2. Review and approve journal entries in SAP to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  3. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and internal group policies.
  4. Finance Business Partnering
  5. Collaborate with the Commercial Team to provide financial simulations, scenario analysis, and profitability assessments.
  6. Translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.
  7. Handle Financial statements / GL for ZPC entities.
  8. Month End Closing
  9. Lead the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial reports to regional office.
  10. Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
  11. Audit
  12. Coordinate internal and external audit activities, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit findings.
  13. Maintain proper documentation and support for audit requirements.
  14. Budgeting and Forecasting
  15. Lead the annual budgeting process, including preparation, consolidation, and presentation.
  16. Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
  17. Others
  18. Support compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
  19. Review and Monitor Accounts Receivable Aging with Financial Shared Services (FSS) Team.
