Job description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations, reporting, and planning within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in banking, treasury management, auditing, and financial accounting, along with proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Oversee banking relationships, cash management, investments, and asset management.
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies, policies, and plans to promote growth and financial stability.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws and financial regulations; coordinate with regulatory bodies and external auditors.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance on decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain internal control systems to safeguard financial assets.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Manage processes related to financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Offer insights on long-term business and financial planning, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives to understand their needs and provide business solutions.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position with a proven track record.
  • Extensive experience in banking, treasury management, auditing, and financial accounting.
  • Excellent data analysis, risk management, and forecasting skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and MS Office.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop strategies and solve problems efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and present financial information clearly.
