We are looking for an Admin and Finance Manager to oversee the company's administrative, financial, and operational processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring the company's financial health, regulatory compliance, and organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized, with experience in managing both people and systems to support business growth.
Responsibilities:
Financial Management
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, invoicing, and collections.
- Monitor project expenses and coordinate with project managers to ensure budget alignment.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Coordinate with external accountants for tax filing, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Analyze financial performance and recommend strategies for cost control and efficiency improvement.
Administrative Management
- Supervise administrative functions including procurement, documentation, and logistics.
- Ensure that all company policies, systems, and records are organized and up to date.
- Oversee office operations, supplies management, and facility maintenance.
- Support HR in employee onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits coordination.
- Coordinate with management to streamline operational workflows across departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and company information.
Leadership and Coordination
- Lead and mentor the admin and accounting team to ensure timely and accurate task execution.
- Collaborate with department heads to align operational goals with the company's financial objectives.
- Provide management with financial insights and performance updates to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4–6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative management (experience in a construction, design, or supply-based company is an advantage).
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, or similar accounting systems preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, taxation, and compliance requirements in the Philippines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under minimal supervision.
Work Arrangement: In-person
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Location: Aseana City, Parañaque City
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
