About the role
Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk professional to join our dynamic team in Eton Centris, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As an IT Service Desk Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems. This full-time (Work Onsite) position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to start immediately.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to and resolve IT-related inquiries and issues from our clients in a timely and efficient manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems
- Provide end-user support and training on the use of various software and applications
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain detailed records of all support requests and their resolution
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT support processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- At least Highschool Graduate
- Min. of 1 year Global/International ITSD experience (Service Now, Active Directory)
