Key responsibilities

  1. Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and provide timely and effective technical support
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT-related issues, including software, hardware, and network problems
  3. Provide guidance and step-by-step instructions to help customers resolve their problems
  4. Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of customer support activities
  5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department when necessary
  6. Continuously expand your knowledge to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in an IT support or help desk role in a BPO setup.
  2. Relevant experience with Service Now, Active Directory and VPN troubleshooting.
  3. Requires 1 IT SERVICE DESK experience.
