About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team at GAC Aion Philippines in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading electric vehicle brand in the Philippines. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and driving sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Exceptional Customer Service:

  2. Understand customer needs and preferences through effective communication.

  3. Offer personalized guidance and support throughout the entire customer journey.
  4. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and test drives.

  5. Achieve Sales Targets:

  6. Present compelling sales proposals and negotiate deals effectively.

  7. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
  8. Maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

  9. Market Expertise:

  10. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of GAC Aion vehicles, features, and competitive offerings.

  11. Stay abreast of industry trends, pricing and promotion strategies, and financing options.

  12. Sales & Administrative Duties:

  13. Document sales activities, track customer interactions, and report on sales performance.

  14. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • College-level or college graduates from any field. K-12 graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry, is a significant advantage.
  • Prior experience in sales, particularly in the automotive industry, is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and a proven ability to drive is highly preferred.
