Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and knowledgeable Automotive Sales Representative to promote and sell automotive services, specifically focused on interior modification and customization. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in automotive or car-related sales, a strong understanding of automotive interiors and customization options, and be amenable to work on-site in Maguyam, Silang, Cavite.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell automotive interior modification services (e.g., seat reupholstery, ceiling and flooring upgrades, custom trims, soundproofing, etc.).
  • Educate customers on available customization options, materials, and pricing.
  • Assist clients in choosing the right design, features, and services based on their needs and budget.
  • Handle walk-in clients, online inquiries, and follow-up leads promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, invoices, and work orders.
  • Coordinate with the production/technical team to ensure customer requirements are properly communicated and executed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Stay updated on current trends in automotive customization and services.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in car services or customization.
  • Solid understanding of automotive interiors and modification trends.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
  • Willing to work on-site in Maguyam, Silang, Cavite.
