I. JOB SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Clerk plays a crucial role in operations. This role encompasses various responsibilities, including giving information about product and services, take orders, and process product return. A Warehouse clerk is the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with a product or service the company sells.

II. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

  • The position will directly report to the Operations Associate and coordinate several concerns to the Warehouse Management, Warehouse Operations Team (Floor), Logistics, and Sales Team.
  • The Position may also coordinate with the assigned representative of the client for concerns regarding inventory, sales orders, and deliveries.

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. CLIENT COORDINATION:

  • Processing of Orders for CSLI Client/s
  • Responds to customers calls and emails on time and in a knowledgeable manner
  • Provides complete and accurate reports and documents required by client(s) on time:

i. Daily, weekly and monthly detailed inbound report

ii. Daily, weekly and monthly detailed outbound report

iii. Daily detailed stock on hand report which includes promo materials and

marketing materials.

iv. Daily, weekly and monthly RTV and RUD report

v. Daily, weekly and monthly pending cargo report

  • Ensuring that all orders are processed and schedule for booking
  • Answering Client inquiries
  • Printing all documents needed for delivery on a daily basis for LUZON, VISMIN.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, feedback and other complaints

Report and escalate concerns to immediate superior.

  • Recommends and seeks approval from team leader for any inventory discrepancy related actual items vs document.
  • Assist in resolving inventory issues
  • Performed task aside from assigned task.
  • Ensures to meet the KEY RESULT AREAS and KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS.

B. REPORTS GENERATION AND DOCUMENT PROCESSING

  • Prepare external documents On Time Delivery Report (OTDR) every Friday.
  • Prepare Docs and or Transmittal and Trip Ticket
  • Prepare Pending Cargo Report
  • Prepare Inventory Valuation Report client System vs company System. (This task will take effect upon completion of parallel testing of V11 & V15)

IV. MINUMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology,
  • Computer Science, Customs Administration, Office Management, or any other equivalent Bachelor's Degree Course
  • Has a minimum two (2) years of experience or more.
  • Has good communication skills both written and oral
  • Can converse and communicate well
  • Has high technical computer skills and knowledge with any Warehouse Inventory system
