As a Sales and Marketing Officer, we rely on you to help develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels. This role empowers you to provide advice as to how to best reach the target market. You also handle coordination of events that will boost the revenue of the property.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research on customers and competitors
  • Design and implement marketing plans for the hotel
  • Coordinate with media representatives, sponsors, and influencers
  • Create digital marketing contents on promos and communications
  • Develop targeted sales strategies
  • Handle client queries, contracts and reservations
  • Maintain client relations
  • Track sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports.

Requirements of the Role:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, in marketing, business, or related field
  • Work experience in sales and marketing from a hotel
  • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and project management skills
  • High-level communication (verbal and written) and networking skills
  • A passion for sales and writing
  • Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies
  • Good project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
