Location of Deployment: Taguig City (on-site setup)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Preferably near Taguig or willing to relocate once hired.
  • With atleast (2) years work experience in accounts payable role.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Graduate of BS Accounting or other accounting/finance
  • related course.
  • With Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in navigating Xero Accounting System is a plus.
  • Adaptable, inquisitive, and committed to ongoing learning and process improvement.
  • Strong attention to details, providing accuracy, and quality outputs.
  • Can start ASAP

Duties and Responsibilities:


• Prepare payable invoices in the Xero Accounting System.


• Process payment in the Business Online Banking System for approved payable invoices.


• Send proof of payments to the requesting departments.


• Handle petty cash replenishments.


• Prepare and update bank reconciliation of all bank accounts.


• Maintain, prepare and update payables and disbursements tracker/monitoring.


• Assist in the processing of payroll through Business Online Banking System.


• Record other related disbursements or payments in Xero Accounting System.


• Coordinate with other departments (such as Procurement and Human Resources) on disbursement related transactions.


• Coordinate with Compliance/Governance Department regarding tax and government payable transactions.


• Maintain and monitor general and subsidiary ledgers of payable related accounts in the Xero Accounting System.


• Performing other ad hoc tasks as may be required.
