Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Management and Execution

  • Develops and implements sales strategies to meet individual and team targets.
  • Collaborates with Division and Operations Heads to plan profitability for monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Engages clients directly to generate and close sales.
  • Identifies and penetrates new target markets.
  • Prepares and logs job and service orders; manages job numbers and contract documentation.
  • Coordinates with internal departments to ensure service quality and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Monitors and tracks sales performance against goals.
  • Prepares and submits regular sales reports.
  • Ensures expenses are within the approved budget.

Team Leadership and Oversight

  • Sets clear targets and KPIs for team members.
  • Oversees team itineraries and ensures productivity.
  • Supports team in proposal creation and customer communications.

Human Resources Planning

  • Forecasts manpower needs and manages personnel lifecycle (from hiring to separation).

Client Relationship Management

  • Conducts semi-annual business reviews with key clients.
  • Builds long-term relationships and ensures adherence to business agreements.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conducts thorough market and competitor research.
  • Analyzes consumer behavior and industry trends.
  • Uses insights to guide strategy and stay competitive.

Marketing Strategy Development

  • Designs and executes the marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Defines KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborates with leadership to align marketing with the company's vision.

Brand Development

  • Leads efforts to build and maintain brand identity and market positioning.
  • Ensures consistency across all communications and marketing channels.
  • Develops campaigns to grow awareness and engagement.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Directs the creatives and multimedia team for high-impact content.
  • Coordinates administrative and logistical needs.
  • Works with Business Solutions Head to align customer needs with business development.
Educational Background and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of corporate sales management experience.
  • Experience in branding, marketing campaigns, and sales operations.
Proven Skills and Knowledge
