About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead sales growth and strengthen partnerships in the aesthetic medicine sector. This role will focus on representing premium brands trusted by doctors, dermatologists, and aesthetic clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales performance within the assigned territory to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

Conduct product presentations, training, and workshops to support clients and promote brand value.

Monitor competitor activity and provide strategic market insights.

Collaborate with marketing and management teams to execute sales initiatives.

Planning, Executing, Advancing and Managing own daily sales activities

Train/ mentor staff who is under your supervision

  • Strictly with Experience in Aesthetic Market for 3 years

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field.

At least 3–5 years of sales experience in the aesthetics industry.

Strong understanding of the aesthetics market

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
