Job Summary:

The Facialist is responsible for providing high-quality facial treatments and basic aesthetic services to clients, ensuring excellent customer experience, safety, and satisfaction. The role includes skin assessment, treatment recommendations, product knowledge, and maintaining a clean and professional service environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Care & Treatment Delivery

  • Perform facial treatments based on client skin needs and clinic protocols.
  • Conduct skin analysis to recommend appropriate services and products.
  • Ensure proper preparation and sanitation of tools, equipment, and treatment rooms.
  • Educate clients on post-treatment care and skincare routines.

2. Professional Service & Standards

  • Maintain hygienic and safe treatment procedures at all times.
  • Follow clinic standards, treatment guidelines, and safety protocols.

Provide excellent customer service to ensure client comfort and satisfaction.

  • Handle client concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.

3. Sales & Product Knowledge

  • Promote skincare products and additional treatments based on client needs.
  • Stay updated on the clinic's service menu, new products, and skincare trends.

4. Operations Support

  • Assist in inventory of facial supplies and equipment.
  • Help in scheduling, confirming client appointments, and maintaining treatment records.
  • Participate in trainings, workshops, and skill-enhancement activities.

Qualifications:

Graduate of a related course (e.g. Beauty Care, Aesthetics, Skin Care, or equivalent).

Preferably with at least 1 year experience as Facialist or Aesthetician.

Knowledgeable in facial treatments, skincare products, and basic aesthetics.

With strong communication and customer service skills.

Professional, well-groomed, and able to work in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Willing to undergo training and continuous learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
