AESTHETIC DOCTOR

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform thorough consultations, assessing patient concerns, skin conditions, and aesthetic goals to recommend the most appropriate treatments.
  • Administer a variety of non-surgical procedures, such as:
  • Injectables: Botox, dermal fillers, and other anti-wrinkle or volumizing treatments.
  • Skin Rejuvenation: Chemical peels, microneedling, and PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy to improve skin texture and tone.
  • Laser and Light-Based Therapies: Laser hair removal, and fractional laser for pigmentation, acne scars, and skin tightening.
  • Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products, which can include:
  • Anti-aging serums, retinoids, moisturizers, and sun protection.
  • Prescription-strength skincare treatments for issues such as hyperpigmentation or acne.
  • Recommending products that support post-treatment recovery to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Suggest complementary or combination treatments to enhance patient results (e.g., combining fillers with skin tightening procedures).
  • Offering packages or multiple-session treatments (such as a series of laser treatments or injectable maintenance) that provide patients with better value and enhanced results over time.
  • Promoting bundled skincare systems that include cleansers, serums, and sunscreens, providing patients with a comprehensive routine.
  • Establishing strong, trust-based relationships with patients, offering tailored treatment plans that align with their aesthetic goals.
  • Encouraging patients to return for maintenance treatments and continuing skincare, thus ensuring both aesthetic improvement and long-term loyalty to the practice.
  • Contribute to clinic profitability by driving sales through cosmetic procedures and retail products.
  • Actively participating in developing promotions, special packages, or loyalty programs to encourage repeat business and enhance patient engagement.
  • Ensuring that all recommendations are aligned with the patient's best interests, offering ethical and medically sound advice.
  • Ensuring that patients are fully informed about treatment costs, potential results, and the financial interests of the clinic regarding the sale of products or services.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php800.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
