Medical Coordinator (Kapitolyo, Pasig) – Urgent Hiring

What You'll Do:

Answer and manage patient inquiries with care and professionalism

Assign and track inquiries with our Nurse Case Managers and follow up on status

Maintain tracking sheets (Excel/Google Sheets)

Prepare weekly reports and assist in healthcare provider deployment

Coordinate with other departments for smooth service delivery

Willing to work on-site, our office is located at Kapitolyo, Pasig

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4-year course (Business, Nursing, Psychology, or related preferred)

With experience in customer service, healthcare support, or marketing

Basic knowledge in MS Excel/Google Sheets

Strong communication & organizational skills

Professional, mature, and emotionally intelligent in dealing with people
