The ROLE:

Deliver remote engineering support for solar energy projects within a BPO environment, focusing on system design, analysis,

documentation, and technical troubleshooting. Support clients and field teams across the project lifecycle while streamlining

backend processes like quoting and permitting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide remote design and feasibility analysis for solar projects.

2. Support clients by troubleshooting issues and offering technical guidance remotely.

3. Prepare detailed documentation including schematics, bills of materials, and permitting packages.

3. Ensure compliance with industry standards through design and installation quality checks.

4. Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth project execution.

5. Optimize backend processes to increase efficiency in quoting, permitting, and design workflows.

6. Stay updated on solar technology trends to enhance system performance and support offerings.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Specialist - OMNICHANNEL ONSITE located in Pasig. The Solar Specialist will be responsible for working with solar power, solar industry, solar systems, wind energy, and power generation systems on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

2. Strong English communication and analytical skills.

3. Experience in remote engineering support within a BPO or technical services environment preferred.
