Job Summary:
Responsible for preparation and evaluation of cost estimates and submittals for bidding
Qualifications:
- With at least 3 years of working knowledge and experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and bid preparation and processing
- Updated Knowledge of Latest Materials Design, Specification, and Costings Communication Skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Document Management
· Reviews plans, drawings, and documents rendered;
- Preparation, Evaluation, and Consolidation of materials and costs
· Prepares materials and quantity take-off;
· Consolidates quantities;
· Evaluates sub-contractor's and supplier's proposal;
- Bid Preparation
· Prepares submittals for the bid;
· Attends pre-bid conference and site inspection;
- Safety
· Complies with safety policy and standard procedures;
· Participates in safety training, seminars, and activities;
- Others
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
