Job Description

Maintain knowledge of competitive advantages in the industry to aid bidding process.

Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.

Obtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimates.

Responsible for timely submittal, extend working hours when necessary to meet the scheduled submission date.

Coordinate with Estimation Manager to discuss technical matters as and when required.

Other duties to be assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Civil, Mechanical or equivalent.

Minimum of four years working experience as an estimator in the Facade industry.

Strong mathematical and analytical skill, attention to detail and proficiency with cost estimation software.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Full-time position.
