1. Document Management

  • Reviews plans, drawings and documents rendered;

2. Preparation, Evaluation and Consolidation of materials and costs

  • Prepares materials and quantity take off;
  • Consolidates quantities;
  • Evaluates sub-contractors and supplier's proposal;

3. Bid Preparation

  • Prepares submittals for the bid;
  • Attends pre-bid conference and site inspection;

4. Safety

  • Complies with safety policy and standard procedures;
  • Participates in safety trainings, seminars and activities;

5. Others

  • Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With at least 3 years working knowledge and experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation and bid preparation and processing
  • Willing to work in Binondo, Manila
