The position is primarily responsible for ensuring sustainable and healthy business partnerships with assigned key trade partners. This role also involves efficient people management, including directing, guiding, coaching, mentoring, and active leadership to ensure that all sales programs are successfully executed. The position requires consistent implementation of company policies, strict alignment with marketing programs within the bounds of VMOS, and identifying the critical requirements needed by the region to achieve its performance scorecard, KRAs, and KPIs.

Key job responsibilities include providing sound and relevant recommendations to achieve sales target objectives, executing sales and distribution strategies and programs, ensuring collection efficiency, minimizing sales returns, adhering to department budgets, developing staff competencies, and sustaining a healthy work environment and relationships.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any course
  • At least 2 years of experience handling key accounts in FMCG
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Business Math and Data Analysis
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, Excel, and Pivot
  • Will handle Batangas & Quezon Province Area

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
