What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable transactions
  2. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis
  3. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  4. Ensure all accounting transactions are properly recorded and documented
  5. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
  6. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting policies and procedures
  8. Perform other ad-hoc accounting and finance-related tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  2. At least 1 year of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the real estate industry
  3. Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications
  4. Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations
