Business Development Manager

This role is responsible for developing and executing customer business plans to drive sales growth and achieve targets. You will manage key accounts, coordinate company promotions, and monitor account performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer business plans to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring timely and complete servicing.
  • Coordinate and cascade company promotions, programs, and strategies to buyers and store-level teams.
  • Monitor account performance through reports, trade checks, and store visits.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Modern Trade key account management or customer development.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and account servicing skills.
  • Proficient in sales analysis, trade marketing execution, and budget management.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
