Job Description

  • Responsible for managing overall Property Upkeep and Building Maintenance Services for Mechanical, Low Voltage Electrical, Civil, Plumbing & Sanitary, and other movable assets of the Corporate MWC Head Office, Satellite Offices within Balara Complex, Makati Offices, work hubs, Water Supply Facilities, Waste Water Facilities, Treatment Plants and Business Areas.
  • Implements efficient and effective maintenance works/programs that are based on the developed maintenance plan in Compliance to the Operational Management System and other regulatory requirements.
  • Ensures that all property projects are delivered with full compliance to all policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Performs Project Management Services to minor (Overhead-Property type) capital projects
  • Implementation of all types of maintenance works (predictive, preventive, and corrective) for MEPFS-related to property management such as but not limited to Air Conditioning units (ACUs), low voltage electrical components, civil and plumbing works which is also implemented across all EZ offices and facilities.
  • Recommends CAPEX projects related to Property Management's improvement/innovation.
  • Develops project development plans for new office fit-out, facility expansion and property improvements. Prepares all documentation based on the scheduled timeline of the projects, including the coordination and collaboration with the stakeholders.
  • Recommends solution to issues and concerns by maintaining good communication and working relationship with the Group, Department, and Division Heads of the MWSS.
  • Accommodates requests and aids in addressing all Facilities Management related concerns/issues with customer centric approach.
  • Monitor, review and evaluate the performance of Service providers with live contract / Service Level Agreement (SLA) with MWC Property Management.
  • Monitors and coordinates all movable assets within the building offices and facilities (furniture, ACU & etc.) to Asset Performance Evaluation and Optimization Section of Asset Management Department

Qualifications

  • Licensed Professional (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineer or Architect)
  • At least 5-year experience in Property Management and/or Facility Management
  • With relevant Project/Construction Management background/skills
  • English literate both in oral and written communication
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.) and SAP application
