Job Summary

We seek a seasoned Property Management Professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential and commercial properties. This role entails managing tenant relations, ensuring timely rent collection, coordinating maintenance, and enforcing lease terms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants through effective communication, conflict resolution, and issue escalation procedures.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure lease compliance and safety standards.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendor services for optimal property upkeep.
  • Advertise and market vacant properties on rental platforms and social media.
  • Enforce lease terms, manage evictions or legal proceedings if necessary, and ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in property management, real estate, or leasing.
  • Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, and lease agreements.
  • Proficiency in property management software such as Appfolio.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage multiple properties efficiently.
  • Experience handling rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting.
