Job Title: Financial Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced property accountant with extensive knowledge of AppFolio and QuickBooks Online to manage our financial transactions, ensure accuracy in accounting records, and provide valuable financial insights to support business decisions.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions for real estate properties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of accurate bookkeeping and utilize AppFolio to manage property accounting, tenant ledgers, rent payments, owner statements, and property reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial transactions for real estate properties
  • Utilize AppFolio to manage property accounting and financial data
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks Online
  • Process monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive hands-on experience with AppFolio
  • Strong QuickBooks Online skills with proven track record of accurate bookkeeping
  • In-depth understanding of real estate financial workflows
