Property Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Property Management Specialist to join our team. This is a remote opportunity that requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Google Workspace, and the ability to obtain and manage information with accuracy and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will excel at collecting, verifying, and maintaining accurate property information and records, managing tenant communications, coordinating property inspections and maintenance, preparing and managing leases, tracking rent payments, and ensuring compliance with relevant housing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and verify property information and records
  • Manage tenant inquiries and respond in a timely manner
  • Coordinate property inspections and maintenance
  • Prepare and manage leases and notices using Google Forms and Docs
  • Track rent payments and late fees
  • Ensure compliance with relevant housing laws and regulations
  • Support property marketing and tenant onboarding processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to obtain and manage information with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
