Position Title: HR and Admin Manager
Department: Human Resources and Administration
Reports To: Director for Finance and Operations
Job Summary
The HR and Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall human resources and administrative functions of the company. This includes recruitment and staffing, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, compliance with labor laws, and effective implementation of company policies. The role also manages general administrative operations to ensure efficiency and support across departments.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
- Plan, develop, and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and probationary/regularization processes.
- Ensure proper implementation of performance management systems, including appraisals and KPI monitoring.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and provide conflict-resolution support.
- Administer compensation, benefits, government-mandated contributions, and company incentives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, DOLE requirements, and other government regulations.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Administration Management
- Supervise general administrative functions, including office maintenance, supplies, permits, and service providers.
- Manage company policies and procedures, ensuring proper dissemination and compliance.
- Oversee logistics for company events, meetings, and official functions.
- Ensure smooth coordination with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor and control administrative budgets and expenses.
Leadership & Strategic Role
- Provide guidance, coaching, and supervision to HR and admin staff.
- Contribute to organizational planning, manpower forecasting, and succession planning.
- Partner with management in fostering a positive work culture that promotes employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR and administrative functions, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems (an advantage).

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
