Motel/Lodge service Manager

We're Looking For Hotel/Motel service Manager:
- Proven 5 years' experience in a management/supervisory role in a Motel or hotel evironment
- prove for good customer service skill
- A bachelor's degree is required
- Flexible with work hours to fit around the daily operations and seasonal demands.
- Exceptional, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
- experience in running food and baverage or restaraunt
- You need relocate to Pipers Lodge in New Zealand for this role, We can sponsor working visa for oversea applicant if your are qualify for this role.
- Minimum guaranteed hours of work: 30+ hrs per week
- Pay rate: NZ$28.18 or more per hour plus Package include company car, phone, laptop, food and beverage etc.
- Accommodation provided with staff rate

About the Role:
As the Motel/Lodge Service Manager, you will oversee daily operations to ensure the highest standards of service, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. You will manage staff, resolve guest concerns, optimize workflows, and uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence.
Location of work: This role requires to work in Tongariro National Park and sometimes in Wellington if required.
Key Responsibilities:
o Supervise and support front desk and housekeeping team members to ensure smooth operations.
o Monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance guest experiences.
o Manage room inventory, check-in/check-out processes, and billing accuracy
o Maintaining attendance records and rosters
o Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
o Ensure all guest requests and special accommodations are fulfilled efficiently.
o Maintain high guest satisfaction scores (e.g., through post-stay reviews).
o Train staff to uphold service standards and foster a positive work environment.
o Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods
o Monitor inventory levels for amenities, linens, and supplies.
o Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
o Oversee maintenance of equipment and report issues promptly.
o Other tasks as required by General Manger/Director
