What You'll Do
- Work closely with two Client Managers, managing administrative tasks for the Accounting Team.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding Australian tax and compliance matters, record information, and triage queries to the appropriate Client Manager or contact.
- Coordinate client onboarding and offboarding to ensure a professional and seamless process.
- Prepare and lodge BAS and compliance documents with ATO and ASIC.
- Collect the financial statements, tax returns, and client advice packs for delivery.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity in CRM systems.
- Assist in maintaining FWO standards for client service, confidentiality, and compliance.
Key Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Client Service Administrator or administrative role with exposure to Australian tax and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of payment plans, BAS lodgment, and collation pack preparation.
- Familiarity with ATO Portal, XERO PM systems, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with Now Infinity or similar ASIC platforms is a big plus
- Excellent written, communication skills and good phone ethic
Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (7 am–4 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup will be considered after a 3-month training onsite.
