RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare daily meals that align with guests' dietary preferences and nutritional requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Oversee food inventory and handle grocery and supply shopping.
  • Develop menus and meal plans upon request.
  • Provide catering support for special events or visiting guests as needed.
  • Lead and carry out routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and linen care.
  • Keep all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and shared areas neat and well-maintained.
  • Manage the organization and cleanliness of closets and storage spaces.
  • Track and replenish cleaning products and household essentials.
  • Liaise with outside vendors for services like deep cleaning, maintenance, and pest control.
  • Manage scheduling, training, and supervision of housekeeping staff.
  • Keep daily and weekly task checklists up to date and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Track and manage grocery and supply budgets.
  • Provide regular updates to management on household needs and suggested improvements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Hotel and Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.
  • Has 3 years of practical experience in housekeeping and culinary work, developed in remote agricultural and station environments.
