About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hospital Housekeeper to join the team at GOLDEN ARROWHEAD MANPOWER SERVICES INC.' in Makati City Metro Manila. This full-time position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitisation of the hospital facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients, staff and visitors.

What you'll be doing

  • Thoroughly clean and disinfect patient rooms, restrooms, hallways, and other designated areas of the hospital
  • Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap in assigned areas
  • Dispose of waste and soiled linens according to hospital protocols
  • Operate cleaning equipment such as mops, vacuums, and floor buffers
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and adhere to hospital hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with the wider hospital team to ensure a seamless and efficient cleaning operation

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a hospital housekeeper or in a similar cleaning role within the healthcare industry
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and hospital procedures
  • Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
  • Familiarity with the use of cleaning equipment and tools
