The Opportunity:
We're looking for a highly driven, process-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our Philippines-based team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of recruitment experience, hungry to grow, meticulous in execution, and passionate about the intersection of recruiting, branding, and technology. You'll play a key part in sourcing top tech talent, enhancing our brand, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience executing the basics brilliantly, every day, but also create an impact on our growing company brand. You will feel like a Recruiter and Social Media Marketer all at once.
What You'll Do:
Talent Sourcing and Mapping
- Execute structured sourcing plans for software engineering, cloud, and Data Analytics/AI
- Build proactive pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Lusha, and referrals
- Conduct talent market research and provide insights to influence hiring strategies
Candidate Engagement
- Conduct polished phone and video screens with professionalism and warmth with a goal to not only achieve but exceed KPI's
- Write up clear and compelling candidate summaries using tools like Quil and AI
- Guide candidates through interview prep and onboarding with attention to detail
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain meticulous records in JobAdder and adhere to process workflows
- Track activity daily via a scorecard and contribute to data accuracy and reporting
- Support process improvement and knowledge-sharing within the team
Marketing s Personal Branding
- Create engaging, on-brand content using Canva, video editing, and AI tools for LinkedIn posts
- Contribute to social media marketing to elevate thought leadership
- Align content to recruitment related themes (e.g. CV/interview tips, mindset, internal TA insights)
Lead Generation s Market Intelligence
- Proactively research company hiring trends, org changes, and product launches to identify potential recruitment needs
- Use LinkedIn, job boards, and market news to spot business signals that suggest demand for tech hiring
- Maintain and share intel on competitor hiring patterns, in-demand tech stacks, and talent movement to support business development
- Support the BD team by flagging warm leads and contributing to outreach campaigns
What We're Looking For:
- This person is a network builder - I want to review their LinkedIn and see that they are actively posting with a large following users)
- This person is self-sufficient with LinkedIn Recruiter - I want to know if they have ever used LinkedIn Talent Insights and know how to confidently search tech roles
- 1-3 years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in agency or RPO
- Strong sourcing and research skills; adept with LinkedIn Recruiter and its latest AI powered capabilities
- You will are proficient with graphic design and content creation skills (Canva, ChatGPT, AI tools)
- Good knowledge of social media marketing and doesn't shy away from activelybuilding their presence to elevate their own brand as well as ours.
- Excellent verbal and written communication: clear, confident, and candidate- focused
- Organised, detail-obsessed, and reliable: nothing falls through the cracks
- Self-starter with initiative; thrives under remote work with minimal supervision

Work Location
