Job Title: Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

Industry: Logistics

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, US Hours)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to generate qualified meetings for our logistics company. You will be responsible for reaching out to targeted leads, engaging decision-makers, and scheduling appointments through our sales pipeline systems.

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to logistics managers, purchasing managers, CFOs, and project engineers
  • Qualify leads sourced from and schedule appointments using Calendly
  • Manage and update records within CRM to ensure accurate lead tracking and follow-up
  • Use a manual VoIP dialer (Vonage) for all outbound calls
  • Maintain daily activity logs, including call outcomes, follow-up dates, and appointment confirmations
  • Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to ensure seamless handoff of booked appointments
  • Uphold a professional, persuasive, and customer-focused approach to represent the brand effectively

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Appointment Setter or Cold Caller
  • Experience in logistics (required) or real estate cold calling (minimum acceptable experience)
  • Proven track record of hitting daily/weekly call and appointment targets
  • Strong verbal communication and objection-handling skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with CRM documentation
  • Familiarity with VoIP dialers, CRM systems, and scheduling tools
  • Ability to work full-time during business hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
